Elegant vintage early 1960’s Christian Dior New York dress was sold by Neiman Marcus. This dress is fashioned from tobacco brown ribbed silk twill. The waist is accented with small tucks and a self fabric bow at the right side. There are two single pleats in the skirt front, one on each side. The dress closes with a center back metal zipper and has a brown China silk lining. It is interlined in cotton batiste for added body.

CONDITION: Very Good to Excellent – This dress was altered in the custom departement at Neiman’s to fit the original owner. You can barely see the original stitches down the back where the zipper was moved. Not at all noticeable, but I wanted to disclose. There is one tiny snag in the silk at the back left hip.
