Vintage 30s Jadeite Cabochon and Rhinestone Brooch Pin

This stunning brooch dates to the 1930s or 40s.  The large center cabochon stone is a combination of white and emerald green that I am fairly certain is jadeite.  It is surrounded by prong set crystal rhinestones in a large rectangular setting of silver metal.  The prongs that hold the cabochon stone in place also have rhinestones at the ends.  The brooch closes with a trombone clasp at the back.  Measures 1 7/8" x 1 1/2".  In excellent condition with no darkening to the rhinestones and no chips in the cabochon.  The trombone slide needs to be tightened up just a bit.
