Stunning vintage late 1930’s garden party or evening dress is fashioned from silk crepe in a gorgeous floral print in vivid pink, blue, and white. This dress features a high waist that curves up from the sides to the center front and a wide collar. Smocking stitches at the back waist give fullness to the back of the skirt.
