There’s nothing like a bit of shimmering fringe to grab the eye. This 1950s cocktail dress is fashioned of a black silky twill. The basic sheath style is taken to a new level with the addition of a free floating triangular scarf panel in the front. Attached at the shoulders, it drapes softly with a cowl neckline and has black beaded fringe that moves when you do. The dress closes with a center back metal zipper and is completely lined in black taffeta. The original belt is included.
