What fun! This vintage 1950’s combines all the allure of a halter bodice with the playfulness of a circle skirt. The bodice is fashioned of black cotton velveteen. The velveteen extends down into the top tier of the skirt. Two fully ruffled tiers of black taffeta form the rest of the skirt, which forms a full circle when laid flat.
