In the mid 1950’s these floufy poufy tulle evening gowns were all the rage. Sometimes they can look a little too sweet, but this one is pure drama. Black tulle is layered over nude color taffeta lining for that sexy illusion look. The tulle at the bodice is tucked over the bust and forms a mock shelf bust. The full skirt consists of three layers of black tulle. The top two layers are tucked up and draped from the left side. The dress closes with a side metal zipper and the bodice is completely boned for support. The little shoulder straps are of black tulle. The label is Young Modern Shop. Note: We’ve shown this dress over a full crinoline which is not included.
