Whenever I find a dress with the R&K label, I know I've found a quality piece that will stand the test of time.  R&K Originals were very popular with young women starting in the 30s, but their heyday was the 1950s when they made the most wonderful full skirted dresses. This dress is fashioned of acetate crepe in black with a pretty print of pink roses.  Love that sweetheart neckline!  The sides of the bodice are ruched into the front and back panels.  The full skirt flares out from a slightly dropped waist and forms a full circle when laid flat.  The dress closes with a center back metal zipper.  The bodice is lined in black cotton and there is a black taffeta lining in the upper third of the skirt.  Note:  We've shown this dress over a full crinoline that is not included.  Original price – $265.00.
