The tulle is tucked and draped over the strapless bodice and adorned with little red velvet flowers. The outer layer of the skirt is of tulle that is covered in row upon row of ruffles for a super full effect. There is a second layer of plain tulle under that. The entire dress is lined in red taffeta. It closes at the side with a metal zipper and the bodice is boned for support. Note: We’ve shown this dress over a full crinoline that is not included.</p>
