Silk jacquards and damasks were very popular for evening in the early 60s after Jackie Kennedy started wearing them. This stunning cocktail dress is very heavily beaded along the lines of the damask fabric underneath.
- Dress is fashioned of emerald green silk damask with a botanical pattern.
- Design in the fabric is covered with green glass beads that follow the pattern.
- Dress is covered in thousands of beads!
- Simple sheath shape with fitted bodice and skirt and waist seam.
- Dress closes with a center back metal zipper.
