Vintage 60s Cocktail Dress Emerald Jacquard Medium bust 39
These emerald green/peacock blue jacquard satins were hugely popular for evening starting about 1959 and continuing for a few years. This pretty cocktail dress dates to the very early 60s. Emerald is THE color for 2013!
- Dress is fashioned of satin jacquard with ribbons and floral clusters in the weave.
- Colors are vibrant emerald green with peacock blue.
- Fitted bodice with slit neckline and bow.
- Tucks at the outer edge of the armhole extend down and give fullness at the bust.
- Skirt has slight gathers for a bit of ease over the hips.
- Dress closes with a center back metal zipper.
- Lined in green taffeta.
