This dress is perfect for the office by day and then can go out for cocktails with a change of accessories. By Luis Estevez, this dress dates to the 1960’s and is fashioned of navy silk blend shantung. It is cleverly constructed to look like two pieces, but it is one. The underdress has a camisole style bodice and the pop-over topper is attached to it at the shoulders. The neckline is a pretty sweetheart shape. The underdress closes with a nylon zipper at the back and the topper closes with a separating metal zipper at the back. Both pieces are underlined in silk organza to give more body to the fabric and the entire dress is lined in silky rayon.
