Jonny Herbert was a dress manufacturer of cocktail and party dress for the junior market in the 1950s and 60s. This early 1960s dress is fashioned of magenta pink Duchesse satin. The fitted bodice has princess seams and comes to a point at the front waist. The full skirt is made even fuller with layers of inverted pleats at the sides and back. Self-fabric bows sit at the top of the side pleats. The dress closes with a center back metal zipper and the bodice is lined with cotton gauze. There is an attached netting crinoline for added fullness. Note: We’ve shown this dress over an additional crinoline that is not included.

CONDITION: Very Good – Freshly dry cleaned and ready to wear. There are three spots at the back left of the skirt below the waist. These faded significantly with cleaning and may continue to do so with subsequent cleanings. Price reflects condition.
