This vintage 1960s hat by Talbert is a fun mix of a 1920’s draped cloche style made in a Mod psychedelic print crepe fabric. A blue velvet ribbon is looped at the center and has tails hanging at the back. Lined in navy blue faille. Measures 21" around the inside of the brim.
