<p>This vintage 1970’s set consists of a wrap top and co-ordinating maxi skirt. It was sold by the exclusive Irene Sargent Boutique in Oakland. The top is fashioned from cotton batiste, the skirt from cotton broadcloth, both in the same print of large purple and green flowers on a black background. The top has a deep V neckline and the waist ties are long enough to wrap around twice and tie in front. Notice how the fabric is cut so the flower matches perfectly at the wrap in the front. The blouse closes with the waist ties and there is a hook and eye hidden at the bust.</p>
<p>The long skirt is accented with 3D flower petals at the hem. The centers of the flowers were cut from a piece of fabric, padded and quilted, and then stitched on top of the flowers at the skirt hem. The skirt has a set-on waistband and center back nylon zipper. There are in-seam pockets at the hips. Original price – $135.00. All sale items are Final Sale with no returns accepted.</p>
