The Gino Paoli company was known for high quality knits, and 100% of their line was made in Italy in the 1970s. This vintage early 70s dress was likely a maxi, but has been cut off and shortened by the original owner. Fashioned of fine polyester jersey knit, the fabric has a wonderful op art influenced geometric pattern in red, navy, yellow, and white. The front button placket is placed at an angle and there is a single pleat in the skirt below the placket. The original tie sash belt is included. Unlined.
