Is it a coat? Is it a dress? Actually, it will work as either! This vintage 1970’s maxi length coatdress by Concept Swirl is fashioned from silky polyester in a bold Flower Power Op Art pattern. The colors are bright turquoise, red, green, purple, black, and white. The coatdress has a deep pointed collar, as is typical of the era and 3/4 sleeves with deep cuffs. It closes with self-fabric buttons at the front and there is an inner tie at the waist. It does open all the way down the front and is unlined.
