This incredible sexy-licious 1970s dress by Pauline Trigere comes straight out of the days of Studio 54. Fashioned of lightweight silk crepe de chine in black with an ethereal print of pine boughs in pale gray and green with touches of red and purple. The dress is a wrap style and closes at the waist with one hook on the inside that is attached to the grosgrain waist stay and one hook on the outside, and that’s it! The shaping comes from tucks in the bodice and skirt that angle toward the hook closure at the left. There is also a sunburst of tucks at each shoulder that gives shape to the top of the long sleeves. The wrap skirt is open from the waist and curves gently at the hem opening. The skirt hangs 3" longer at the back for a slight train. Unlined. Comes with the original green and black satin ribbon sash belt.
