Vintage 70s RUDI GERNREICH Dress Wool Knit Colorblock Small bust 36
This fabulous dress by Rudi Gernreich is from his Fall 1971 Trompe L'oeil Collection. That's Peggy Moffitt modeling one of the originals in 1971. This dress is fashioned of a midweight wool knit in a combination of two graphic fabrics in red and purple. The bodice is fitted and the full skirt is gathered onto the waist. There are pockets hidden in the side seams of the skirt. The dress closes at the back with a nylon zipper and is unlined. The original 3" wide belt is included. The belt is backed in fine leather.

CONDITION: Very Good – Dress is freshly dry
cleaned and ready to wear. There are 3 small moth nips at the hem of the skirt at the front right side. One is right at the turn of the hem and the other two are 1" above the hem. They are not very noticeable due to their placement and the fact that the holes do not go all the way through to the second layer of the hem.
