I’m happy to see the body conscious fashions of the 1990s back in style. They’re oh so sexy, and work really well with today’s trends. This vintage 1990s dress by Huey Waltzer for En Francais is fashioned of black crepe that has a sunburst of pleats at the left side waist that open into drapes extending up into the bust and down into the hips. The bustier top is set off with sheer stretch mesh for the yoke and long sleeves. The dress closes with a center back invisible zipper and is lined in black taffeta.
