Carlos Falchi is an award winning designer of fine handbags and other accessories.  This vintage 1992 silk scarf was made in Italy and is the high quality silk you would expect from a fine designer.  It was designed to commemorate the 500th anniversary of Columbus' voyage to the New World. The print is of an ancient navigation map with Christopher Columbus at the top and the dates 1492 - 1992. The colors are golden brown, deep red, teal, and purple. Measures 34" square.  Machine rolled edges.  Excellent condition.
